There have been many changes over the last several months that were unexpected and led to a deeply difficult decision to part ways with some of our team members. No one could have possibly foreseen the effects COVID-19 would have on our economy and business, so we understand your disbelief as we share it with you. We care deeply about our former team members which is why we jumped at the opportunity to bring as many back as we could. For some, this meant being hired back in an entirely new position as we changed the course of our business to keep up with the needs of our customers during these challenging times.
