Kadena is the best place to work in Haskell. Period.

Pros

- The technical team is second to none. We have some serious Haskell minds here. Authors of major Haskell frameworks, contributors to Lens... excellence all around. - Everyone who works here is bright, and fantastic to work with - Kadena fosters a culture of presumed equality, with highlights for meritocratic excellence - Remote for the right senior candidates - Full health benefits - Great Pay - Great additional pay incentives (options + equity) - The leaders can't be beat. - A cap on the number of people means we can keep standards high - Unlimited Vacation - Great work/life balance

Cons

A cap on the number of people means the standard is incredibly high. You have to be prepared to step ya game up. The only problem i can find is that sometimes I'm so into what I'm doing that I forget about work/life balance, even though I've been encouraged to take vacation and leave on time.

Superior tech & founders building a real company to last

Pros

We get to build a global economy, to light up frontier markets (digital and physical). The founders really care about building a healthy culture. NO BS, just intellectually curious/honest badasses. Flat hierarchy. Very respected founders in lots of different domains and a ton of community support. Public Blockchain companies need to be global first, so there is a ton of internationalization work and opportunity to travel and learn about other cultures.

Cons

The team is growing at rapid pace, so you have to be very comfortable with 'hyper-growth'.

Cons

- Requires a highly curious & motivated attitude to navigate the ambiguity & challenges of a high-growth startup - Standard growing pains of little process — this is improving
