      Perhaps a genuine effort, but an ultimate face-plant.

      Cons

      No work-life balance for leaders, which led to sudden burn out and unprepared supervisees to lead themselves, leading to interdepartmental chaos.

      Flexible schedule, BCBA support, autonomy

      Cons

      Low pay, client’s are often violent and you are expected to deal with it, management does not take into consideration if client and RBT are compatible. You are expected work with whoever you are assigned.
