People-centered, friendly colleagues, high amount of support and supervision, upward mobility, career advancement, good pay, good benefits, great CEO and supervisors, mentorship

Cons

Emphasis on billing and productivity, too many streams of communication, still coagulating and defining standards which are ever-changing, unreliable scheduling communication, case overload

Pros

Plenty of flexibility in terms of payment, but this job requires plenty of patience especially when working with small children with Autism. Very much true to their open door policy, and you can talk to your supervisor and voice your opinions easily.

Cons

Pay is decent, but hours are very short which limits the amount of money you make at one location. You will have to do plenty of driving in between clients, and sometimes they are quite far away from each other. In addition, management is very busy with dealing with other clients, sometimes hard to get a response for a question in a timely manner, but nothing too horribly delayed.
