Pros

- Great work environment : constructive feedback and praise. Teams to communicate, weekly supervision, major holidays off - Great pay and schedule : set your availability, company tries to find client in that range. - Fun and interactive : work with kids and learn/implement new skills

Cons

1 on 1 with client everyday so no communication or updates from supervisors can be tough

Organized systems in place for training and client assignments. Opportunities for growth career-wise, especially for BTs. Caring and dedicated leadership team. Supervisor incentive bonus is very achievable ($100 added onto paycheck for every hour above minimum billable).

Cons

Benefits slash from company take over last spring (reduced PTO, reduced holidays). Low amount of BTs (this is currently affecting pretty much every ABA company across the nation, but Kadiant in particular has a difficult time with recruitment and retention). Poor planning and continuing to conduct intake for clients when current clients are no where close to receiving the full amount of hours they need, if receiving any at all.
