      Pros

      I'm able to create my own schedule within my work hours, everyone I work with is very friendly, helpful, and supportive in my new role. I've never felt stressed out or pressured to do different tasks in a certain way. I also have a team of BCBAs here in the office who I can talk to for support.

      So far, I haven't felt many cons.

      Pros

      I absolutely love working at kadiant. Everyday I feel accomplished knowing im helping these kids. They bring me joy and make working fun. The staff are welcoming and understanding. The company did a great job at training me before my start date. By the time I was put in a classroom I felt ready and excited. They give you so many opportunities to get to know the staff and students in other class rooms. Overall a great experience being there. I can confidently say this is the best job ive ever had and I recommend everyone to be a part of our team!
