Clients and their families. Many clinic locations.

Cons

The entirety of the management team and the corporate and uncaring overlords. Lack of pay for cancelations and travel time. Constant changes and constant manipulative language regarding pay and concern for clients and RBTs. The lack of ethics of this company is appalling. Which is very typical of ABA companies, but it wasn't always this bad with this particular one. Any "good" thing they say is performative BS.

I had a great experience working with the kids and families. I was able to work in a school setting, in home and also in one of the clinics. The support team and cases were consistent

Cons

The supervisor for my specific cases wasn’t the best for my client and I received a lot of support from support and coworkers to reach out to a hire up about the situation and it back fired. I was condemned and invalidated for voicing concerns and my supervisors behavior continued to interrupt the progress of my client. The hours at first weren’t very consistent as they have to go along with parent’s schedule as well as availability in the area.
