Pros

There are so many Pros about working at Kadiant. For one, the hours are flexible and are able to be fit to both the client and BTs schedule. Another pro is the wonderful staff, who not only make everyone feel included but are almost like a second family to me. Additionally, the learning is not just for the kids, but for the BTs as well. Not only have I learned a great deal from interacting with children who have special accomidations, but Kadiant offers extensive training that is ongoing throughout your whole time of employment. The benefits of this job are never ending.

Cons

The only con that I can think of is that if you are staffed to home clients, the travel time and distance may be extensive.

Pros

Pay is good ($22/hr), very fulfilling job, support in obtaining and maintaining your RBT cert.

Cons

Constantly shifting expectations, pushing RBTS and BCBAS to "do more with less" a LOT. Admin time is a tedious and hard to get so a lot of people just skip and work off the clock. The company is clearly a profit centered company rather than them being focused on giving clients the best quality therapy possible.
