The workers are so sweet and always here if in need of assistance, working with the kids just makes me so happy, and the parents are so kind and willing to work with you aswell. Fell very seen and you voice is heard!

Can be draining. The kids can be tough but very fulfilling

As of January 2024, sick pay accrual began. Kadiant also has great healthcare benefits.

Cons

Very low accrual of paid time off. Does not matter how long you have been with the company, everyone accrues the same amount of PTO if you're not a BCBA.
