      Pros

      Kadiant has the infrastructure and resources to be fantastic. I truly respect and enjoy the people who I work with.

      Cons

      Like other ABA companies these days, there is a lot of focus on productivity and sometimes this leads to higher ups recognizing the value of individual team members.

      Received .25 raise in 3 months

      Cons

      After training they just threw you at the job . You didn’t know how your supervisor was. So many questions and No help . Not enough hours . Scheduling was all over the place
