Pros
You have some training days before you are hired that you are paid typically the highest minimum wage for. One day is a full day, and two other half days.
Cons
-rarely see other coworkers, which can be lonely -I clients cancel a few days in advance to do not get reimbursed (at least when I was there) if they cancelled the day of you got a small reimbursement. -BCBA and case supervisors are stretched THIN and you rarely see them. I saw them once a month if I was lucky. My trainer I rarely saw as well, maybe once every 3 weeks. -Not enough ABA training for new person to ABA. The parents often complained about that and it was rly awkward since my trainer didn't come around enough. Really did not get enough training or support for the hard cases or parents I handled.
