      Pros

      Very rewarding watching the kiddos grow, friendly staff and coworkers. The management is very understanding and kind to everyone. The always response fast.

      Cons

      There’s not enough hours for me. Plus it’s odd hours. The pay was not as much for the amount of work. There’s most likely a drive to certain clients house or to the center.

      Long work hours, other than that there are no other cons that come to mind. Kadiant is a great company - I really love working here!
