After training they just threw you at the job . You didn’t know how your supervisor was. So many questions and No help . Not enough hours . Scheduling was all over the place

This is a huge company with lots of locations so there’s room to move if need be. They have an ethics, diversity, and inclusion committee to improve the field and the company and genuinely work to improve. They are also working to listen more to the voices of autistic folks/folks with autism which is excellent.

Cons

The hours can be unstable and scheduling is a mess some days. There’s a decent amount of work to be done outside of sessions in terms of billing which can be challenging because it takes up non scheduled work time, but you are paid for this time still.
