Pros

No micromanagement, diverse projects, timely pay and good workplace environment.

Cons

Project pipeline seemed to be getting smaller which caused lots of people to be left without project. Seems like things happen and you are the last to be aware of decisions.

SolutionStream supplied me with a Windows laptop for work at a company that uses Macs for development. SolutionStream refused to give me a Mac and said "Anything that can be done on a Mac can be done on Windows". The company I was contracting at knew I was doomed (and any developer knows this too given a mismatch on tools/processes), so the company itself lent me a Mac while I was there. The contract employees from STG all had Macs. I left SolutionStream.
