Pros

The interview and hiring process is unique and seamless. They make you feel like part of the team throughout the entire hiring process! There is opportunity for growth and development, ideas are always heard and respected. The HR team is professional and genuine in their care for employee needs and issues. Other departments and upper level management are always friendly and accessible.

Pros

Decent pay, benefits, and communication through some areas of the company.

Cons

-Lack of support from direct leadership -Very poor communication from direct leadership -Set up for failure by lack of support -Submitted a two week notice and received no word from direct leadership, only from HR confirmation for an exit survey. Found this to be extremely unprofessional from the leadership team that he/she could not even acknowledge the notice -Filed an HR complaint, spoke with HR and directed on next steps, and was never given a chance to complete next steps of communication with the VP over the area, nor followed up from HR regarding the complaint
