Pros

The company is growing quickly therefore there is a lot of opportunities. Most communities they manage are unique. Good to their residents! Open to change on property for improvements.

Cons

Assistant Community Directory bonus opportunity is low. Delinquency bonus is very small and hard to obtain which is frustrating as it’s an extremely difficult task, especially over the last two years due to COVID19. No 401k contribution from Kairoi.

in general great environment, corporate office very involved in onsite decisions.

Cons

no growth in Houston region. Work in San Antonio or Denver for better experience. pay rate is average, commission structure is outdated and will create burnout long term.

Upper management and corporate support for this company are phenomenal. I have always felt like I have been empowered to manage my property proficiently and my Regional is invested in ensuring that I have the proper tools and direction to diligently manage my property. I have felt a strong sense of ownership by the owners of Kairoi and my VP. They show a consistent presence and interest in daily operations.

Cons

I am excited to see more growth in the San Antonio area.
