Great benefits, working place, and bright future. Company tries hard to stay ahead of the trends and project 5 years ahead of time.
Cons
Too many contractors, manager appears unattached with employees. Managers need to be supportive of their employee's needs. They stay with you as long as you're doing well but when things are going sour, they abandon you.
