      Pros

      Good pay, abilty to transfer and if you meet certain requirements you can get help paying for education.

      Cons

      Sometimes it is very hard to transfer to different positions/depts due to the corporation not opening up positions when people retire or leave. They say it is budget related however the information that is available for the public and employees to review seem to show lots of financial growth. Also there should programs sset up for people with disabilitites that affect typing. If typing is one of their main skills, they should set up programs to assist those with disabilities so that people can still contribute. Otherwise some disibitlities can leave you without a job.
