      Pros

      Great people to work with. Employees willing to give 110% and not think twice about it. Competitive salary. great benifits.

      Cons

      Union rules need to be changed for poor performers. And upper managment needs to keep managers in check when it comes to being unfair in hiring freinds. No room for growth. I would get an execellent job performance review every year but managment only advances freinds. doctors do not work as a team and whats good for kaiser
