      Pros

      Stability & great benefits. I appreciate the opportunity to be involved in higher level projects and learning about the company. For the most part there is a good focus on work/life balance; but it varies according to department managment and how membership is currently trending. Still, the organization is more proactive and ethical than anywhere I've ever worked before.

      Cons

      Lack of adequate resources to do an effective job, but most likely no different from anywhere else. Somtimes we go out of our way and make things far more difficult and complicated then they need to be in our attempts to do eveything correctly.
