      For someone who wants to take initiative there is a lot of room to take on assignments and grow professionally.

      Cons

      Pace is slow and communication is not efficient. People often in siloes.

      No additional charge to add on immediate family onto your benefits. Organization pays for higher education; some coworkers started as a secretary or janitor. Offers better staff-to-patient ratios than the state standards. Good work-life balance.

      Cons

      Management was detached from hands-on experience, however, recently improved so this is not necessarily a con for this location.
