      Pros

      The owners have high-integrity and always interested in growth of the employees. Proud to be part of an award winning company. The company is growing and looking for high achievers. They have excellent team to hire and train on various IT tools.

      Cons

      The company is using certain CRM and Applicant tracking tools (ATS) which are not up to standard. Also the management needs to focus on their time commitment. The senior managers seems to have too much on their plates.
