Pros

Great coworkers, Nice space, Lots of windows and nature, a beautiful campus. A really pleasant environment overall.

Cons

Sometimes students can be a bit difficult to deal with, but that happens anytime you work public service. Saturday hours are weird.

The class capacity is much smaller than that in a university. This makes you feel comfortable lecturing and conduct exams and other academic activities.

Cons

Salary is too low and no health benefits for adjunct faculties.
