      Very vital to be self sufficient. If you need a mentor and they have multiple projects to juggle, you will likely have to attempt to teach yourself or find other tasks to perform while you wait.

      Good pay, my boss is great and is trying hard to help me when I need it.

      Contract work is risky and layoffs can happen. Open office layout. I feel like I’m being watched.
