Collaboration, hard working, good culture
Pros
Have been at Kaleidoscope for less than a year but have had a very positive experience so far. The teams have great work ethic, and everyone is smart and experienced in their area of expertise. Projects are well-funded and exciting, and there is plenty of work to go around. Overall sense of optimism and excitement, really wonderful design leadership and management, and it seems like they are proactive about cultivating new business opportunities. Business is growing fast, and I feel like I have room to grow & advance in my career.
Cons
Sometimes there can be a bit of unspoken judgment if you only work 40 hours a week. It's more reasonable than many design consultancies though. It seems like there was some drama in the organization last year, but the employees responsible are no longer working there, and it seems like folks are happy with how the drama was resolved.
