Pros

- The health benefits - Pay is okay

Cons

- Not flexible - Leadership doesn’t listen to reason and plays favorites - Lots of masculinity, racism, sexism, bad company culture, toxic politics, toxic leaders, no respect amongst colleagues. *Just google the company name + lawsuits

Pros

To be honest there isn't too many pros. At first it wasn't bad but then the company tried to grow and over extended and didn't want to spend the money on the areas that would have helped keep people in their jobs.

Cons

Not enough equipment in the right areas, over extended, management doesn't listen, people out out for themselves, refuses to pay more, over worked, leadership isn't afraid to hold Christmas bonuses hostage, has an air of favoritism, not enough people to work on their planes.

A Great Steady Job

Pros

This a good place to work at if you want a consistent job with good benefits. + benefits + great supervisor + steady work load + corporate leadership and HR are amazing + lots of corporate holiday events + the staff has been there 20+ years + everyone knows their job and excels at it + free coffee

Cons

- some of the equipment and chemicals were outdated/ ineffective - definitely a good ol' boy culture, lots of grown men gossiping - the maintenance leadership prefers if you show up, do your job, then leave - primarily white staff, racist/sexist comments are a norm
