- Perkbox - Management - Friendly work environment - Salary (It's still a very taboo thing - even if it directly affects you)

- Depending on the department you will get treated like an asset than a person - Can be very stressful with the occasional overtime to reach deadlines - Promotions can take a very long time, so you will find you have to battle to get any sort of promotion to the role - even if you're already fufilling the role - Some management will treat you like an asset than watch for your wellbeing (depending on the department)
