Good cross team pollination and social pulse across the business, office location and amenities are great (modern and good transport links), fantastic internal mobility and clear paths for progression.

A focused strategy which puts the customers at the heart of everything that Kallidus does. Good alignment of Product now we have a new CPO with Engineering and we are pushing out a lot of exciting, innovative features that customers are really using to make an impact. The new skills, and outcomes focus to change L&D is something the whole company can get behind. The company is being sensible with AI, using it in the right places for productivity and efficiency whilst not being a gimmick factory like others in the market. The new L&D hire is making a real impact and there is a renewed feeling about Kallidus from before - we are beating our competitors consistently - just need all our customers to know about everything new that's coming

Cons

We are in a fast-growth phase, looking to innovate and be 100% focused on customers and delivering outcomes - it's not for everyone, if you want to coast.
