Pros

Our team is paid exceptionally well. There are opportunities for quick progression. There is a culture of continuous professional development, we are always encouraged to improve our skills and I feel challenged and stimulated. Everyone on the team is incredibly friendly and supportive of each other.

Cons

Would be nice to see more women in managerial roles and more ethnic diversity but this is something the company is working on.

Pros

Friendly, flexible & un-bureaucratic culture as you'd expect in a small IT business, with an approachable management team. The company is genuinely customer focused, and always looking to drive improvements, results are achieved through working hard, collaboration and intelligent decision making.

Cons

Not enough parking on site or nearby, and the open office environment can get very noisy when a lot of people are in . Opportunities for progression in some areas can be restricted due to the size of the business, and a lot more is expected from limited resources in some parts of the business compared to others.

Pros

Overwhelming majority of workforce are genuinely nice and friendly people who will help you be successful. Strong culture built on teamwork. Easy to see how your work impacts on company success. Senior management team are good and straight forward, very transparent and no real politics or games.

Cons

As the company grows it has struggled to maintain the culture and things that made it successful in the first place, customer support being the obvious example There is (understandably) a constant focus in this quarters results which often results in short term thinking to the detriment of innovation. There is a lack of clarity around the strategic focus and markets the company want to be in which can lead to doing lots of things not very well.
