There is very little to put here. Especially compared to competing jobs in the industry. There is a reason why they are rated lower than everyone.

Cons

Little opportunity for women to go past manager/supervisor level or be in leadership…. Only HR and customer service seem to allow that. Behind on benefits and super behind on technology. Shady things happen, affairs in management, affairs in teams, pay is less than competing companies, lots of drama and tension. Not a good place to work, and no one can be trusted or counted on. Putting in extra work means nothing, and the whole family and company is mess.

Liked most of the people I worked with, got free lunches from time to time, was able to dress however I wanted most of the time

Cons

It's gross and hard work, communication between managers and us wasn't great, became full-time but never got the amount of lab experience I was promised, and ended up getting fired because I had last minute doctor's appointments to deal with a medical issue that came up and I ended up needing surgery for

Good product. All the options and tools to be great.

Cons

Management there is like no other place ive ever worked. Ive never seen so many people trying to impress eachother by being a bully to others. You have to be in the "boys club" to be successful. If you are not snobby, condescending, and a male... you will not survive. Ive been in this business for over 10 years, and this company is such a disappointment. "Treat others how you want to be treated" is the exact opposite there. Its actually sad that so many great people that could have helped this company be successful, have been fired for no reason. No leaders, all bosses just looking for the next male ego boost.
