      Pros

      Do you know how good it feels to come to work happy and leave happy at the end of the day? I do! I've worked for Kam-Way for a over a year and I'm still happy. I've worked for other companies where I dreaded coming to work and I watched the clock all day praying for that 5pm release, but I've never felt that way here. Is it fast-paced? Yes! Can it be stressful? Yes! Is it perfect? Maybe not. But that's the nature of the ANY business. But working with great team members and leaders makes a world of difference. Kam-Way's leadership is invested in the success of all team members, not just the bottom line. The medical benefits are awesome! Very low monthly premium for employee portion of medical/vision (Kam-Way pays the lion's share of the expense). Voluntary dental, etc also available as well as 401k, PTO and paid holidays.

      Pros

      Decent pay if you are Indian or a male. Free lunches, work gym, the view of Canada from the office.

      Cons

      Listen, If you're looking If you should work here. I'd highly recommend to look at these fake 5☆ reviews. "No cons?" Give me a break! If you're a female. stay away!! This company is racist towards female workers, and white employees. They do not hire black employees in the office. Back stabbing, lying. I now seek therapy to deal with the trauma abuse I received from working at kamway.
