Pros

The coworkers were amazing! They had a lot of potential and talents. If only management wouldn’t utilize the talented people they hired, and leave their sensitive ego at the door, Kannact would have been such a successful company.

Cons

The company lacked integrity, from the CEO, management to HR. You could never get a truthful answer. Management changed consistently, along with company goals. If you started to grasp what they wanted you to do, in a weeks time, they’d change course and revert back to their old plan that did not work in the first place.
