Terrible turnover, claims to be a family…

Pros

Initially, they welcomed me in and things seemed great.

Cons

In a month, I saw them hire a couple new employees and terminate 5, most long standing. Now, if you’ve been there a year and a half, consider yourself a veteran. Management offers zero support outside of cheerleading. Fellow employees had to figure out how to train new hires. Then to be let go without any explanation. “I don’t want to get into it” without any conversation of expectations, training, etc.

Toxic relationship between ownership and direct reports Lots of yelling and foul language Quickly promote receptionists beyond their capabilities and then yell at them for underperforming Say one thing and do another, a lot See people crying in restrooms and at their desks, too often

Pros

-Generous shut down seasons for salaried employees -Just don't be hourly cause you won't be getting paid

Cons

The nepotism is real, and if you share the same last name as CEO/COO/President/Chair-of-Board you'll do fine. Toxic culture, major turn-around, corporate theft of benefits and salary are just the top of this poop mountain of a company. Small family business that shafted employees during Covid. Lots of infighting, gossip, and tears go on with this place. Do yourself a favor and look somewhere else.
