Chilled out work, IT related work so not too much of stress. Market research and stuff will help u learn too.

Cons

Lot of nepotism was seen, team building was not in the best possible way. Pay could ve been better.

the best reason to work here is there is no excess pressure of work as it is done in a very systematic way.

Cons

they have good perks but takes long time to actually enoy them it (probably lyk 2 years min)
