A well-structured company with a nice and friendly environment. Plus, for most job-related tasks, there is necessary documentation including manuals, checklists, and training available for employees.

Cons

Non-competitive salaries and usually no room for salary negotiation. Also, not enough space for self-development.

Helpful team Most of the Managers are very helpful and supportive

Tight timelines for projects delivery other team are pushing on the DP team to force unrealistic timelines having to work extra hours (un-paid) the career overall is unpromising Salary is slightly below market average
