Great values and flexibility overshadowed by instability

Pros

Great company values and flexible.

Cons

Constantly restructuring, changing job responsibilities, and then laying off a handul of people from various departments. Continually Mlmoving most operationally related jobs/departments offshore. Pay/salaries were all oer the place within level and department.

Cons

Loyalty not rewarded in pay. Senior management too focused on goals without taking in day to day realities, too much focus on automation that is not yet fit for purpose
