- large company with lots of opportunity to explore other realms - lots of fortune 100 clients with interesting strategy

Cons

- easy to get lost as an entry level employee if not in office with a cohort (UGA Program watches each other) - Hyper-dependent on manager, a good one can make you while a bad one can ruin you - Not immediately clear how promotions and finding other roles within the organisation work
