Pros

This is a nice place for learning, knowledge base is very strong to learn from. Work culture is also good, good work is appreciated.

Cons

Work-life balance is pathetic. Higher management does not think about the existing work pressure while providing additional work.

Exposure to wide variety of Research methodologies, Great Exposure to clients, Also adds stamp to your CV which is well regarded within the Market Research Industry.

Cons

Salary is below Industry Average, Very little Work Life balance, Most of the Time one is expected to work late. Also promotion depends upon "Alignment" with one's boss or seniors.
