IMRB management is people oriented and that is good.

Cons

Suddenly one client withdrew there process from IMRB and many employee lost their jobs due to that.

very flexible and pro people... as long as your work is in order, they largely don't bother you with too many things

Cons

compared to other industries, the research industry can be really frustrating in terms of pay.
