Body knowledge created is quite impressive; very good avenues of training & development

Cons

- Client handling skills of senior management is pathetic - Employee handling skills of senior management is equally pathetic - Senior management needs to be transparent and fair towards one and all - Millward Brown has no field support of its own. There is huge amount of corruption because of this

Lightspeed has great teammates to work with who are all friendly and helpful. Lightspeed also has good benefits and health coverage.

Cons

Lightspeed will overwhelm you with work, and the type of work does not help you grow in market research experience.

Vacation time, sick time, medical benefits, jeans days every day, summer picnic, holiday party, I can't think of more words

Cons

Very low pay, expected to work overtime without being paid for it, promotions based on "friends" instead of ability, no raises
