-Great culture/environment -Big company benefits, small company feel -20 vacation days to start + 10 sick days, work from home option, yearly raises, good benefits -employees empowered to suggest process changes, help make improvements - laid back environment, flexible hours - hard work is recognized, awarded

Cons

-Issues with a lot of the technology that was adopted after TNS acquisition -sometimes poor communication between departments - poor-performing employees are often tolerated for years
