      Pros

      A place for doing some great customized research. Lots of verticals exist- so one can choose to be a specialist.

      Cons

      Career planning is not all that good. Movement across verticals have just started. However for people who plan to join, this is a great positive.

      Pros

      Provide ample time to learn. Everyone is given proper respect and treatment by company and even coworkers. Nice working Environment. There is no word in this company called as Work pressure, will enjoy working.

      Research is very nish sector and you donot have much options in fututre, only 5-10 companies are their in India in this feild..

      Good work and client exposure. Accommodating work culture.

      Cons

      You get to experience only those aspects of research that you are involved in. For instance a person from qualitative research department is very less likely to get experience of media or qualitative research
