The work environment and colleagues are great. Friendly casual work style. Quality of projects better than most other Market Research companies. Pay comparable to other MR companies

Smart people drive a fast-moving business forward and are responsible for generating their own insights and capabilities. Support is there, but you succeed at Kantar Retail by building your own brand and winning for your clients.

Cons

Little opportunity for advancement once you hit 3-5 year mark; most analysts go on to get MBAs so if that's not for you, you'll need to do some soul searching
