      Good place to start a career, but below par incentives for performing employees

      Pros

      Excellent place to learn the tenants of market research. Good quality processes in place to conduct the research study. Senior Management has market understanding - that provides interesting insights. opportunity to work end-to-end projects.

      Cons

      Client Servicing opportunity is dependent on immediate manager; Projects can get repetitive during the course of 3 years. Won't be managing a team without a minimum of 3 years experience. Pay Hike is marginal in the first 3 years.Appraisal structure is non-existent - KPO's not well defined.

      Pros

      There is opportunity to learn from others, systems and such. Time off and life/work balance is good.

      Cons

      However, managment keeps people in the dark rather than the sharing of information openly which limits the ability to be successful in your own career. Don't plan on moving upwards, and salary increases; don't even ask, the mindset is be thankful you have a job.
