      Pros

      Management is focused and continues to work on improving the right areas of the company. There is no longer a new idea every week and a new boss every 3 to 6 months. People who were not contributing to the company's success were let go so those left are all working on the same areas of improvement. The systems and software platform are stable now so projects are almost never delayed becuase of system problems.

      Cons

      Many of the new managers do not know the market research industry very well so they are learning it fast.

      Intellectually satisfying environment with superior clients and resources demanding world-class work with an emphasis on impactful relevance, market leadership and continuous growth

      Cons

      WPP's short-term financial orientation drives out risk taking, real innovation and respect for the individual, especially if someone is not client-facing or deemed to be mission critical, even if facts indicate otherwise; internal investing takes a back seat too often to risky acquisitions; the people development part of the Kantar equation needs help

      Pros

      relatively small company, growing fast

      Cons

      Hired many young employees with education from the most subpar universities in the state to be able to give lower salaries. management promises but cannot deliver. horrible infrastructure, grew too wide too fast. product and service support didn't work right so more time spent fighting fires than being productive or proactive. Some of this probably has been fixed as they spun off their acquisitions over the past few years and refocused.
