Smart people, interesting projects, gain experience

Cons

Everything else. Be ready to work 60+ hours a week. Have worked pushed down on you without support. No real growth opportunities. The training and professional growth programs are laughable. If you want to participate to grow your skills, you are signing up for even longer hours. Literally the definition of a cutthroat second rate consulting firm.

Nothing really. Just the view of madison square park. The door men are nice... Jr staff okay Ummmmm. That is about it.

Cons

Ha. Everything you can think of is a con. Go somewhere else. All these bad reviews can't be wrong. I am not even a disgruntled employee or former employee.

Exposure to high level clients. Relaxed expense policy.

Cons

Look at the other (non-HR) reviews - all truth. It's a horrible place where all you'll learn is how to manage a group of highly egotistical and self-centered partners
