Pros

- decent people; managers actually care about your life outside work and strive for WLB - goos quality of work, ONLY if you can advocate for yourself

Cons

- Horrible HR processes- discrepancies across departments making movement from one department to another cumbersome, and almost impossible - mundane, repetitive work; you've got to fight to get to do something exciting; otherwise be prepared to be a powerpoint monkey - horrible org structure with delayed promotions; no regard for employee development - several people in senior management have left altogether, raising concerns about long-term viability of a career here
