- pair programming - organized cross functional teams - 2 week sprints - half day fridays to do personal development
Cons
- micromanagement from upper management - team managers are getting the stress and propagate it to their developers - 1-1s are either helpful or make you talk in circles til they hear the answer they want to hear - as people quit, they expect you to take on the extra work without promotion - promotions are "title changes" so they don't increase your pay or provide a bonus
