- great people on the ground level - remote work

Cons

No idea where to start lol Was at this organization for 2 years and unfortunately it has gone down hill like a ton of bricks. You will meet great people but leadership is the worst I've come across. They have no clue on what they are doing. Constantly making changes without any type of training to support the change. Every IC is left to fend for themselves with literally everything. Every other quarter they are eliminating segments / employees left and right due to the companies tanking performance.
