If I had to compare this company to a movie, Titanic comes to mind. But not the romance or the grandeur, just the part where it hits the iceberg and chaos ensues. Ever since Michael took over as CEO, the ship has been sinking fast, and instead of trying to fix it, leadership seems more interested in rearranging deck chairs and patting each other on the back. The culture here is absolutely disgusting. It’s a toxic environment where favoritism, backstabbing, and incompetence thrive while real talent is ignored or pushed out. Leadership fosters a clique mentality, rewarding those who play along and shutting down anyone who dares to challenge the status quo. Morale is at an all-time low, and accountability is nonexistent. The new management team has decided to let go of all their tenured employees so they can receive their bonuses.
